Long-Term Package
- Consulting Service via E-mails
- On-line Coaching via video call for 20mins each day
- Review and feedbacks on your daily sitting logs
- Progress check-ups and corrections on diviations if any
The Long-Term Package is for persons who have limited time on the study and practise of this technique and in need of online coaching service.
* Purchase of the Basic Package shall be the pre-condition of this Long-Term Package.
* Online video coaching shall be performed via Tencent Meeting and shall be at the working hours of both sides.
* Before purchase of this package, a trial video call shall be made to confirm with you how this package will be performed and fix the time of video call on each day.
Intensive Package (Only One vacancy per month)
- Consulting Service via E-mails
- On-line Coaching via video calls for the Whole Day and for 7 days continuously.
- Video Call for 20mins each day after the first 7 days and continue for 21 days
- Review and feedbacks on your daily sitting logs after the first 7 days and continue for 21 days
- Progress check-ups and corrections on diviations if any after the first 7 days and continue for 21 days
The Intensive Package is for persons who want to improve their body conditions as quickly as possible and in need of Instant online coaching service for each of the sittings.
* Purchase of the Basic Package shall be the pre-condition of this Intensive Package
* Online video coaching shall be performed via Tencent Meeting and shall be at the working hours of both sides.
* Before purchase of this package, a trial video call shall be made to confirm with you how this package will be performed and fix a time schedule of your intensive practise and video calls during each day.
Important Notice:
- For most people, the Basic Package is good enough to be learnt from and practise on your own, and we would suggest you practise under intensive basis in order to have the best and fastest out come.
- If time allowed, we could arrange some video calls free of charge for the Basic Package.
